Our Estimate Process

 

We Look Forward to Meeting You

  1. Call us at (414)-436-9376 email us at scheurell@mdlpainting.com, or visit our scheduling tab above to set up your free, no obligation estimate:
    - Leave your name, your phone number, and a general explanation of the work you are interested in having estimated.
    - Max or Luke will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss further details, and set up an appointment that accommodates your schedule. 
  2. After scheduling your estimate:
    - Max or Luke will arrive promptly at the scheduled time, and sit down with you to discuss further specifications of your project.
    - At this point, we will discuss any items that you may want excluded or itemized in your project, we will answer any questions you may have, and describe our painting process. We will also explain remedies to the current paint failures on your home. 
    - Max or Luke will then walk around your home with you to explain the process further and go over specific areas of concern that you may have.
  3. Calculations
    - Max or Luke will then complete their calculations and write a detailed proposal, specific to your home and specifications.
  4. Presentation of the proposal:
    - The manager will then present you with a detailed proposal containing our flat-rate price. We will also provide you with our time frame for completing your project. 
    - If you book with us, we will schedule your project immediately. Otherwise, we will set up a time to follow-up with you, and answer any further questions that you may have.
     
    The estimate process should take less than an hour, and upon completion, you will be left with a flat-rate price, and a detailed description of how we will improve the quality and appearance of your home.
